Poor vehicle + customer service with empty promise

Avoid sending your vehicle to Isuzu Truck Centre in Epping!<br> <br> In April 2014 I serviced my vehicle at the Isuzu Truck Centre in Epping for the first time. The level of technical work was shocking. I informed the service centre whom did rectify promptly. I was not planning on ever sending my vehicle back, but they made a promise to entice me to return for them to show they are competent. In February 2015 I verified the commitment made which was again agreed.<br> <br> So in March 2015 I took my vehicle back for a service. The technical work was satisfactory, but the customer service was shocking. The dealership did not schedule my 'confirmed' booking, did not note all I requested to be done, did not complete the service book and then did not deliver on the promise made and confirmed.<br> <br> I informed them again of the promise made - but I'm still waiting on them to honour their commitment. For some reason I also did not receive the standard \Please rate our service"questionnaire afterwards. I definitely won't be coaxed again into returning."""
