Poor /Terrible Service

I bought a service plan at action ford Roodeport paid and submitted supporting documents and i have received a finalized my policy for the service plan.

I dont know how many times i have called without any luck i am going back an forth.

Poor service i will never buy anything there.

I have taken in my car for service now they can not release the car without payment.

Im really frustrated and angry.
