Poor service/No Delivery

William Hunt Cedar, Jhb. I have ordered a bumper for my optel Adam over 3 months ago. They supposedly order and said it will take a few weeks. No1 has phoned me after 2 months has past. I went inn again and ask what is happening and when will I receive it? They did not know about the order. They said they will get back to me. It is another month later and still nothing. I want to trade in my vechile with them next year, but if this so the type of service I am receiving I will rather got to another dealerships and Brand. I want answers? **********
