Poor service from weiss

Bought a second hand 2014 polo from them in 2014. Now the bonnet paint is dull and white. Went to their greyville branch to complain that no 4 year old car wears that badly. They said they will look into it (at end of December. )Phoned them to enquire a month later. Still looking into matter. It's now well over a month and still no feedback from Weiss.
