Poor service from the management team

I have never worked with such *********** people in my life If you dont get assistance you go to management but if management don't respond who must we go to?

Now I am just being ignored completely like all of this buying a piece of **** car from them is my fault. They used my warranty to fix the car wich they were supposed to fix out of their own pockets and not my warranty, they promised me a new warranty and now management is ignoring me Now my service book also disappeared They also damaged my vehicle while being under repair for over 1 year

After my first review Used cars manager phoned me for the first time to tell me with his deep voice he does not appreciate my review but yet he does nothing to help me not even the DP does anything. It is nice to earn the big bucks and treat your customers like ****

After getting the vehicle back I told them there is still an oil leak, so what must I do now? Take it back so it is there for another year?

If you buy a vehicle hope all goes well and you dont buy a vehicle with engine problems because they simply don't care and they have forever to sort out your problem cause whenever they have to pay for something you are no longer a priority and they just dont come back to a person, perhaps because Im a woman when my ex phoned atleast someone phoned him back now and then. Neither Used cars manager or dealer principal seems interested in helping their clients
