Poor service from Reeds in Bellville

I took my astra in for a major service last week. When i went to fetch the car there was a strange rattling noise coming from the engine that was not there before the service. I mentioned it to the guy at the counter who was assisting me to release the car and he fobbed it off to an error message that was on my dashboard, a message that was on that dashboard for 6 months and during those 6 months the car never made that noise. On leaving the dealership i also noticed that there was a message on the dashboard indicating that the car was due for a service ?! and that my rear number plate light was not working. The day after i got a call to find out if i was happy with the service and i mentioned the above issues to the guy and told him i was not happy. He assured me the problem would be escalated to the service manager and i would be contacted to resolve the problems. Off course this has not happened.
