Poor service

I am struggling to get assistance for booking my car service, the receptionist she is transferring my call from one agent to another. I called in the morning and she advised me that Vusi will get back to me and I had to call back at 14:45 since the day is almost over. Vusi hung up on me and I called back asked for him, his phone just rang and I was transferred to 4 different consultants none of them could help me.

Is that place still in busy or might have contacted a place that is no longer in business. I asked to talk to the manager he / she is not available. I honestly get it that it is holiday season however if you lot don't really want to work it would have been easier to close and we can try to get to business with you in the new year. Therefore if you are there we require service and we get none. Come on this are tough times ppl have lost their jobs and they will actually do anything to switch places with you, appreciate your work. I'm honestly flabbergasted by your service
