Poor service delivery, terrible after sales.

Was assisted by Mr. Manfred Wendel.Started the process on 27/06/2022.Replies were very fast in the beginning but got fewer responses as time went on and finally had to complain to a Manager about no reply.Process finalized on 12/07/2022.After the sale was concluded it was an uphill battle the whole time,if not requesting documents,then it is to get some form of feedback from Manfred.The excuse was always the same,load-shedding,no internet access/phone...The car went back twice for its clutch,there is no cradle/belly cover&I was promised to have this ordered&replaced.They didn't put my wheel jack back&I had to ask about this on numerous occasions&also about the belly plate.Finally this year Jan'23,I managed to get a jack out of Manfred but still no delivery on the promised belly plate.I will not recommend this dealership to anyone for the mere fact that they are a disgrace&their after-sales are terrible,to say the least.
