Poor service delivery....

My car went for repairs at BMW AUTOBAHN I HAVE PAID 80% DEPOSIT for the car to be fixed, i ask how long would they take to fix the car i was 10 working days. Monday the 24th would be 10 working days but still the communication has been made, i have been following up calling them, one of the workers by the name of Hope said she would send me an email but No email... No phone from Hope as promised. And according to Hope they are still waiting for some car parts that haven't arrived. Meaning i won't be getting my car on Monday.... Such Big company with such dignity has failed me. I AM VERY Disappointed
