Poor service

Extreme poor service and lack of clients requirements and not listening or even showing interest to the client. We wanted to trade in our car we bought less than 2 months fro. WH with not even an additional 300 km. All we wanted was to trade in the car for another car on the floor. More expensive and slla cash transaction. WH has now lost a deal where they would have profited on and not a loss. Never again dealings with this car dealer again. Word of mouth runs business.
