Poor service at Reeds N1 City

I had my car serviced at Reeds N1 City in July 2017. The wash bay placed an oil filter on my passenger seat and damaged it. After 3 attempts of cleaning they said they will replace the foam of the seat but not the seat cover, so once again I was without my car. After a few warm days the oil mark was back again on the seat cover. So after a lot of phone calls and empty promises I am still waiting for Werner form Reeds to get back to me to have the seat cover replaced. It is 8 months now, a few times without my care an money spend on phone calls. Werner does not event take my calls even more. They are definitely the worst service centre ever! They leave me no other choice than to take legal steps now.
