Poor service and false promises that just wastes your time

<p>Very bad service from Russel Beukes. Would not recommend Reeds to anyone. He gave me a trade amount on my Fiesta of around R103 000 and R170 000 on my Mercedes because I'm looking to do 2 deals.</p> <p>So I drove through last week Friday. Spend about 2 hours looking at cars etc. He suddenly changed the offer from R170 000 to R125 000. I decided to not trade in the Mercedes but just the Fiesta on a Ford Kuga. He said he will send me the application details on Friday.</p> <p>On Monday I received a email stating the Kuga is sold but I can buy some other **** car for less money. I spoke to his manager and he managed to find another Ford Kuga with 7000km for the same price. So I send through all the required documents and Russel arranged to have a look at the Fiesta 3pm on Monday. 4:30 my wife told me no one has been around. I spoke to Russel and he said the finance results will be today and he will come out the next day to come look at the Fiesta.</p> <p>I've been phoning several times today and no answer. Around 3pm I manage to get hold of him to follow up on the finance applications. He said he needs new settlement letters because the letters I gave him expired today. He was suppose to start with this yesterday. I complained at his manager and Russel phoned me back with attitude. I told him I'm not dealing with him anymore.</p> <p>Jacques (His manager) phoned me and said he'll be giving the deal over to a senior sales person. I explained what I wanted and he said they will offer me R85 000. So that's a R19 000 difference to what Russel said previously in his email and this after I explained what is fault on the Fiesta. I told this to Jacques and did forward the emails but was told that it doesn't matter what was given on email because they will still only give R85 000.</p> <p>So they give you these excellent prices and then waste your time and give you low ball offers. Really not a professional dealership if you ask me. Would never recommend them.</p>
