Poor service

<p>Let me first start off we have been loyal ford fans but now not so much. We took our 2013 focus st for her service after wards she started overheating.... took her back they did some thing to her couple of weeks later same problem. Now last week monday total loss of power smoke coming out of the oil. We where under the impression that we had a 5 year warranty. Took the car to ford only to find out we are 4 days out of warranty and they are telling us the head is shot. The service guy is trying for a warranty reinstatement( no guarantee that they will help) but is has already been a week and half can apparently take 3 week or more
