poor service

<p>My car always went for services at Reeds in Cape Town. The last service was done three weeks ago. My car started jerking yesterday and when the plugs were checked it was almost rusted. So my question is? Don't you people check the plugs when it gets serviced? This is not my first bad experience at this dealer. Will never have my car serviced there again.</p>
