Poor Service

I purchased a used Fortuner from Conan. At the time of purchase, he stated that new tyres had been installed on my vehicle. He was also extremely helpful at the time. After some time, I was experiencing some performance issues. I took the vehicle to TWT who stated that Toyota had fitted the incorrect size tyres, and that this was dangerous. I raised this with Conan (Toyota) who stated he and his manager would look at it. I have called Conan numerous times; he has never answered or returned my calls. I have sent at least six emails and he has not rep**** to any of them. Very poor after sales service. If you can call it that. I have also emailed the manager, Craige on numerous occasions, he is not taking this seriously. I constantly have to chase him and like Conan this is not being taking seriously. It has been a month and still no sign of this issue being resolved.
