Poor service

My mother recently took her car for what was supposed to be repairs and replaced of damaged car parts after her accident. Upon her arrival at the panel beater - no.8 Spartan Road, a client liaison personnel by the last name Ndou, belittled my Mom by insinuating that, I quote “it’s the first time that i deal with someone whom does not pay excess and therefore we don’t really deal with such people “ And right there she could detect bad service by Mr Ndou because he wanted paperwork to be signed as quick as possible. I demanded that the car be inspected by mom and myself any paperwork completion.

The actual work done on the is of poor workmanship and secondly the car looks more damaged than before. We decided to leave without collecting the vehicle. Poor service from BMW autobahn. I am disappointed at how Outsurance can maintain such a business relationship with BMW autobahn.
