Poor service

This Dealership has a communication problem with their customers.The Workshop Foremen Gert Does not liase with his customers effeciently.He doesnt seem to have proper knowlege of the products.He assured me the vehicle would be sorted out correctly.When he told me the vehicle was ready,Half the stuff had not been sorted.I sent a complaint email to the dealer principal,till date he has not contacted me.The Workshop manager<br> had contacted me,but seem to have endless excuses.He told me would get back to me with compensation,and still havent recieved a call thus far.<br> <br> <br> I had paid R 22 000 for repairs on my vehicle.Initially it was more,they had added incorrect labour.<br> <br> Please beware when dealing with this company.
