Poor Sales Services

I wanted to trade in my old Bmw and I contacted BMW Autobahn sales, whereby I was dealing with Michaela Jacobsen. The service I received from her in terms of feedback was unprofessional. When I ask for feedback on the application process she kept on say the system is not operational, it has been 4 days now, and I took my time to visit their branch for evaluation. Professional I believe it is fair to get feedback, even if the feedback is negative.
