Poor relations

The Booms are gonna get you Popped in to have a look at the new cross over , turned into the tiny awkward purely signed parking , a boom comes down on my car and cracks my windscreen,the lady inside with remote , was so rude and dismissive,she should not deal with the public. The Manager Adrian Horsely was polite , but was also dismissive, they were not taking any blame . He kept re-iterating that the booms were on a timer, heaven forbid some one gets hit on the head by that boom seeing there is full public access.
