Poor Poor Poor Service

I want to warn all consumers out there of IC Auto Nissan Clearwater parts department. I was treated like a nobody today by a parts salesman there called Eddy Hamid. I was requested by himself to come in to the parts department to pay cash for a part which I need to order for my Nissan NP200. Upon arriving there this Eddy person does not even make an effort to stand up from his seat to greet me as he was what seems to me to busy surfing the internet on his company computer. I told him I phoned him last week regarding the part an I did give him all my details to which he said I threw it away because I thought you were not coming( The Arrogance of that) This person was in no way willing to assist me as his whole attitude and body language made me feel very unwelcome there. I am a paying customer who came to their premises to order a part as requested by this Eddy salesman and this is the way that he treats me. I am warning all consumers to steer clear of that parts department and rather get another Nissan dealership to assist you. I also decided to contact his direct manager Mr Balan Govender who also did not really seem interested to assist me. This whole experience makes me want warn everyone who is currently or are thinking of dealing with this Nissan dealership.
