Poor Customer Service😡

Very poor service, took my vehicle in lastweek friday 10-12-21 for assessment and quotation of damages on it. 1 week later still no quote received. So I called yesterday to query why no quote received, they could not find any quotes on the system for my vehicle. Promised somebody will call to give a telephonic quote, I asked how can they do a quote without seen the damages, she replies u can jus explain to estimators on phone where damages are and how big it is. . .that was very strange. Anyways I said fine and we ended the call. Needless to say I'm still waiting for their call to do 'A TELEPHONIC QUOTE' and nobody from the branch has called me yet. I had much better service ane experience at Autobhan ARC when I needed repairs done to my car awhile back. BMW orthCliff ARC poor service delivery and Customer Care - don't waste urls time going there.
