poor customer service

my vehicle has only being assigned to a service technician(Nikki Roberts) only today at 12:40 when I brought the vehicle on the 13/04/2022?

The service advisor has been in the least unhelpful and utterly rude. I have no interest in dealing with her any further. The business has failed to assist with this matter.
