Poor customer service and care

My experience with Action ford Roodepoort is just horrible, i called 2 weeks back as i wanted to bring my car for service and to my surprise i never got a call back and each time i spoke to someone they would insist I'd get called back.I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with their service, instead i am now rushing around to get my car serviced. I live in florida and my next best option is Krugersdorp like thats unacceptable and if they are fully booked than why can't they communicate to customers!!!

Linda and Stephanie were of no help either... I have been calling the whole day and just to get rid of me they would say they have my details and will call me back... And yet nothing....

Gosh what does it take to get treated properly or have the decency to let me know what i need to do to baldy book my car!!! I'm so upset and irritated with this company... Pathetic!
