Poor Customer Service

I called Williams Hunt Opel looking for an engine mounting bracket for my Opel Corsa lite. I spoke with Gift from parts department who was really not willing to assist me. He just told me that it is no longer available and dropped the call like he's a robot. Perhaps customer service training would be helpful for him.
