Poor customer service

I took my car for service on 4th of July and after collecting it, I noticed smoke coming from the bonnet. I went back to them and reported this. The acting workshop manager opened the bonnet to find an open radiator. He asked me how did this happen. I told him he should be feeling me. After a lot of speculation, he told me the mechanics were going to fix this and he would look at the cctv to establish what actually happened. He promised to give me a full report that night (4 July). I am still waiting.

I am so disappointed with the manner the matter was handled, and very disappointed that such a serious mistake was not detected.
