poor comunication

useless always having problems to find out what is going on with my bakkie and went in for a swervice on monday now it is wednesday 15:00 still dont have the vehicle back they say that there was a problem with the stearing and because it is under warranty they fixing it at thier cost but i still dont have m vehicle
