Poor Aftersales

I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic from William Hunt the Glen 30 July 2015. In September 2015 I've noticed that there was something wrong with the boot. The space between the boot and body is about 7-10mm on the left hand side but on the right hand side its 0mm. Its metal against metal. Now the 2 parts is buzzy scratching each other causing damage to the body & boot. I've complained and sent photo's to the garage but according to them the vehicle did not have any defects when I bought it. I must take it to the dealer in Klerksdorp where I stay and the Area Representative must inspect my vehicle and make a determination whether the damage is covered under the GM paint warranty. I did not even received a record of service book from them. They promised to mail it to me as soon as possible. I don't know who is going to pay for the damages is the GM paint warranty do not cover it.
