Poor after-sales service from Williams Hunt Midrand and poor support from various Pretoria Williams Hunt branches.

My business purchased an Opel Mokka-X from Williams Hunt Midrand in December 2017. We ordered the Navi 900 IntelliLink Entertainment System (among others) as an add-on product. From day one the entertainment and navigation system did not work properly and freeze when you try to navigate using it. My business partner visited at least 3 different Williams Hunt dealerships and everytime she encountered excuse upon excuse and we are still waiting for the service manager from Williams Hunt Midrand to come back to us about the software upgrade he promised 2 months ago. I am at wits end as I spend valuable time and money to get this business to actually do its work for which I paid good money.
