Poor after sales service

Don't support this pathetic brand. They will sell you a vehicle but after sales service is poor. Try calling them for answers, bet you will get the runaround. I eventually had to go to the dealership, but the service department are too busy instead of putting the customer first. Buy a Ford way better service and communication.
