Pieces of my second hand car are literally falling off..

I brought a second hand duster a few months back. I insistef on it being serviced by Renault before I took ownership to make sure it was legit. Within a few weeks I closed the boot to have the number plate lights fall out. Why? Bacuse the clips were broken and had been duct taped in place when I brought it. They apologised and ordered new clips which took 5 months to arrive. Then a few months later the console and radio just died. No radio no blue tooth no nothing. I let Christina know but she didn't bother to get back to me. Today the bar along the bottom sides of the car FELL Off. Yes it fell off of the car. Christina's response? Sorry about the car, I don't know what to say about all the issues, and that response was only because I went there in person to fetch my light clips so someone else can install them. I am honestly scared to know how much more of my car is being held in place by tape. I definitely wouldn't go near the place again.
