Phone etiquette

Good day, I am not pleased with the service I got from Asmin or something today, I simply called to enq about a battery price....1stly the call was not answered professionally and he told me this is his cell phone and I called ***...I understand calls get rooted to personal phones now but people must be aware of this and have phone etiquette. I ended up not even getting the price of the battery I needed because he sounded uninteresting in my query and kept on emphasis that this is his phone.@toyota please advice which number we must dial to get help and not interrupt Asmin on his precious personal phone
