Payment
On Tuesday the 9th I took my Chev Cruze to Williams Hunt at the Glen. The reason for my visit to them was to sell it so that I can settle MFC and get some change. I was attended to by a gentleman called Stephan, apparently he deals with second hand cars sales. He inspected the car and said I must come back the following day which was Wednesday the 10th, he said he still had to find a buyer for my car hence the deal can only be finalized on Wednesday. I understood that and went back on Wednesday. I had baught my car in 2015 ( brand new) and when I sold it to them on the 10th the kilometers on the clock were 68350. This already means that I am not a traveler at all. I am 65 years old going for 66 in December therefore I hardly ever travel at all except going to my church and once a month for the Sassa Grant. On Wednesday the 9th when I was at thier offices I fell Don from their chair and got hurt. I was afraid and traumatized not knowing what to do hence when they offered to take me to the doctor I said I was okay. They however asked one of thier drivers to bring me back home in Soweto. Before that I was asked to give them copies of my ID and driver's license, as well as 1 page of my bank statement in order to pay the balance of my purchase into that account. I went to the Glen mall and got all of that information and gave it to him. I was then promised that they will pay me on Friday the 12th. Nothing came through and I called them to find out where the problem is was advised that my case has been send to people who do payments, they will ask them to do my case urgently. I then told them that I am in pain due to the falling and would like to go to a doctor, they said they will ask the payer to speed up the process. Today is Saturday the 13th, nothing has come through. I am in pain and can't even see a doctor due to financial constraints. All I am asking for is for them to pay me so that I can deal with my health conditions. My blood pressure is so high, my hands are swollen and I can't do anything about it. Please help.
