PATHETIC!!!WILLIAM HUNT BELLVILLE

<p>After many years of owning a VW I decided to try out the OPEL ASTRA.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a few moons of car being serviced at REEDS N1 CITY , everything was fine. I took a leap of faith that William Hunt should be of same quality since they are from the same group Oh boy did i have it wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called them multiple times about the warning light that came on the same day i serviced my car and no feedback. The head office called for feedback on the service i experience during my time with them and i told the truth and informed them i need feedback on the light that came on and they promised to forward my query and give me feedback and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to take my lunch hour and drive all the way to them today only for them to tell me i need to wait for 15 mins in order for the technicians to come back from lunch as everyone goes on lunch at the same time?? HOW CLEVER IS THAT.</p> <p> </p> <p>After my wait she comes to me and tells me that they wont be able to assist and i need to book my car in for a diagnosis test which i will have to pay for!</p> <p> </p> <p>They really do not care about their clients , they are super nice when you come bring them money but when they have to deliever on the service they are pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET RID OF THIS BRAND IN MY LIFE!</p>
