pathetic service from vw balitto worst ever

worst service ever, i am planning to buy a new vw, and decided to go to vw Balitto, which was a really big mistake, service was terrible, and the sales person who assisted me looked at me as if i was a piece of dirt, and made my wife and i really uncomfortable, did not even smile or introduce himself, just looked so dam angry, i have changed my mind about doing business with vw because of the the terrible service from your staff at vw balitto, you guys should go to bmw balitto and have a look at how they treat clients and learn a thing or two. I would really appreciate a call from someone in a higher possession to call me as i am disgusted with your staffs ways of handling clients, the man spoke to me for 10 minutes and then because i was not keen on the car he showed me, he then said he was busy helping someone else and walked away, so why the hell did he come to me in the first place....
