Pathetic service, Extremely frustrated

Extremely bad service had an issue with servicing my car. Gave me excuses first so that they don't service my car and when they finally gave in to service my car they done inspection of the car and noticed the the FOG lamp is not working and required to be changed and ordered the FOG lamp then only realized that the FOG lamp does not fit on the car and thus doing further investigation to find that the FOG LAMP UNIT is melted I'm still waiting its been almost a week and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me regarding the FOG LAMP change.
