Pathetic service

I have received the most dismal and unsatisfactory service from Reeds N1 City. Both Robert and Gareth made the purchase of the vehicle an absolute nightmare.

We booked out flights to Cape Town to collect the vehicle based on the information that was provided by Robert. On arrival in Cape Town we get a whatsapp message stating the vehicle was not ready. We were left stranded at the airport and had to arrange a rental car.

The dealer told us where the vehicle was sent to and i went to inspect the vehicle. But on inspecting the vehicle, we saw damage to the front bumper that had been prior repaired but to a very low quality.

This damage was not disclosed to us in any way. We even spoke to the dealer principle who was not of any help and just said that for the mileage and price of the vehicle, it was an acceptable sale. This could have been disclosed to us before we made flight arrangements and accommodation arrangements.

Stay away from this dealer. Very poor service. Pathetic.
