Pathetic Service and Bad Attitude

<p>Numerous calls have been made after my minor service at the beginning of March. I have been advised that my front break discs were rusted and had to be replaced which i gave the go ahead for (concern arised when Lebo gave me incorrect information regarding that) prior to the agreement of the break discs being replaced I was notified that they had to order "original discs" (in question would be if "original discs weren't used, what would have been replaced on my car). The discs were however replaced at the end of March. Another issue arised when a loud sound came from the front tyres after the break discs gave been replaced and noticed that my water bottle had been broken by whoever replaced / serviced the car. I took the car back a 3rd time and was still not pleased with the feedback given as the sound persisted as time went by. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today the left front wheel has a loud knocking sound whilst driving to work. I called the dealership as soon as i got to work and was advised by the receptionist that NO ONE would be taking my calls as everyone is busy booking in cars, i refused to drop the call and demanded to speak to someone yet i was turned down and advised to call back after 8am. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lebo called me at 07:19am after Zunaid (My Partner) called advised them we had no booking but the car had to be checked and fixed. Lebo advised me in the call that she is not sure how this had happened and she refused to have a look at the car after having my point made about how pathetic their service is and putting my life in danger having to drive to work with that sound. Lebo also advised that I may go ahead with whatever I want to do, she will not have anyone look at the car nor see me or let me in.</p>
