Pathetic Service

<p>I recently bought a vehicle at IC Auto Benoni and took it for inspection only to discover the bearings and disks were noisy/faulty. IC Auto Benoni also promised to replace my number plates and spray my bumpers of chip damage. I was promised that all the defects will be repaired within 5 days. Its already going into the 3rd week with promise after promise. I contacted the manager (Vincent) 3 times and 3 times he would promise to phone me back to no avail. Sales Consultant Thebogo over promise and does not deliver. I am constantly being fed misinformation about the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. I have already lost out on a week and half’s worth of business because of the lacklustre service from IC Auto Benoni and for not having a vehicle. The experience has been noting but horrible. I will not recommend IC Auto Benoni to any potential client. </p>
