PATHETIC SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND W/S MANAGER (VERONICA AND LORAIN OR LORA) The communication from this team was absolutely ridiculous for a simple clutch repair. we have been waiting for two weeks to have this resolved and kept getting excuses or told its been done when in truth it has not. Veronica kept saying things are done and arranged when in fact its not, insurance did not get the quote the time she said she sent it nor was the part ordered the time she said she had,, the furthers part was ordered as well and still not received AFTER 4DAYS !!

Veronica doesn't even answer my calls anymore nor have I received feedback on the progress after we informed her that this is urgent
