Pathetic Service

In April this year my new Chev Captiva AWD was due for a service. I took the vehicle to Reeds N1 City where i received pathetic service. Since the service their has been a sound which had volumised terribly. The vehicle was booked in on the 26th November for the noise coming from the aircon. They discovered that the aircon pump needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered. According to them it was safe to continue driving my car. After constant phoning after them as they do not keep you posted i eventually got told the part had arrived. I booked my vehicle in on the 11th December as i was not able to do so today. I arrived at Reeds at 14:30 to collect my vehicle and as expected once again it wasn't ready. They replaced the part but the sound had gotten worse. They then discovered that besides the aircon pump the pully also now needed replacing but once again it was safe to drive home with my vehicle. They were not even bothered as to how i was getting home i was not willing to spend nearly R750 on a courtesy vehicle again. My car is still at reeds...
