Pathetic Service

I bought a Audi S3 by Action Ford Constantia not even 2 months ago, the vehicle has been in for multiple issues, none of my concerns were delt with, the vehicle has broke down on sunday the 30th of November 2015 and i took it in to Audi West Rand and Action Ford does not want to pay for repairs! According to the consumers act, all problems with the vehicle up to 6 months is the dealers responsibility except wear and tear! There is a noise on the gearbox, control arms and vehicle broke down which might be turbo! Please assist with this matter!
