PATHETIC SERVICE

My Fiance bought a car from Action Ford about +- 3 months ago. Was giving problems. Took it back to be repaired, and they claimed every time something different wrong with the car when he calls them. The car is there for a month already. And nothing is being done. It seems they making up stories to cover up something or they themselves don't know what's wrong and how to fix it. Is that the kind of service such a big dealership gives customers. It's very frustrating because he ends up paying for the car that his not even driving. What a useless dealership and service is pathetic. Everytime we go to the dealer to find out what's happening then there's something new wrong with the car. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! IF THIS MATTER IS NOT SORTED WE WILL BE FORCED TO INVOLVE BIGGER PARTIES AND TAKE IT FURTHER. As Action Ford claims to have fixed what was wrong on the print out they offered but when tested the car to pick it up. It gave us same problems. So what service is that? Claiming to have fixed the car? Print out on what was fixed? But still same problem the day we dropped the car there? What a shock.
