PATHETIC SERVICE

I wanted to buy a Terious cash and asked for discount, however, I was told that there is someone else interested in the car and willing to pay the full price so no negotiations. I decisied to pay R61 000 deposit to secure the car since I am a woman and do not know much of cars, I send a mechanic to check the car out before paying over the rest of the money. Apparently the front section was sprayed and the saleman never said anything of the sort. I then cancelled the deal because the book value was R95k and no discount on the R135k plus he never told me the car was damaged infront and the reason for the spraying. Nevertheless, I then asked for refund and was asked the account details from which I paid. I send the account but they were not happy that it did not have a full account number and I told them its from my credit card and send them the full number but they wanted a bank statement with the full number, eventhough the amount reflected on my statement. I sat for more than 2hours in Stnd bank and emailed it but no confirmation that they received it. Today, almost a week and a half ago, I am told that they want a cheque account bank statement because they do not do creditcard refunds. This is after I asked, why could they just not use my scheque account to refund me. I was told no, they want the account from where the money was paid. PATHETIC SERVICE AND PLEASE CHECK CARS BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM.
