Pathetic, Poor, apauling service and thinks i am an idiot

In a summary:

Bought the vehicle in June 2016. In August 2016 I heard a knocking noise. Took it into the VW Claremont service centre where they found the engine mounting to be loose. A major concern already
In February 2017 I start hearing the same noise, took it into the Rola VW service centre where they picked up:

The passenger front tire is a reverse tire
The baffle plate is broken
The steering rack is faulty
Cylinder 4 has a misfire

In March 2017 the vehicle was booked into VW Wes Cape to sort the above out.
On 10th March 2017 when getting the car back the below was found:

The engine is now making a louder/worse rattling noise than before.

It is like the suspension/control arms/steering rack is faulty/not fitted properly and feels as if the engine is going to fall out.

It was a bit windy here on Friday and upon driving home it felt like the body of the car moves when the wind blows and the wheels stay firm.

I had one of my colleagues who has the exact same vehicle drive my car and advised that something is definitely wrong. – how can this be if the steering rack was fitted?
The wheel alignment of the vehicle is skew – how can this be if it went to TWT?
Upon turning the steering wheel there is a knocking noise – will be sending Luke a video I took of this noise – why is this happening when the steering rack was fitted?
The front passenger tyre that was a reverse tyre looks like nothing has been done to it and the back driver side tyre looks like a new one – WHAT IS GOING ON?
The front driver wheel when driving sounds like there is something stuck under it making a clicking noise and when I checked, there is nothing on or in the wheel.

Now, for the fourth time you want to collect my vehicle to be fixed, AGAIN.

with the above mentioned, I DO NOT WANT THIS CAR. I have emailed the Dealer Principle in Cape Town who is clearly ingnoring my requests.

I will never deal or refer Reeds to anyone.

They do not have their customer interest at heart and will try anything to resolve your issue to get you out of their hair, even if it means reparing issue on the car for the fourth time.

PLEASE NOTE: this is my second complaint to REEDS this month.
