Pathetic Customer Service

Williams Hunt Port Elizabeth's (William Moffat - Gqeberha) service is the worst customer service experience I have ever received from any business. I made a booking to have my vehicle serviced a week ago. I sent all my details including the engine number, VIN number and registration number. I booked my vehicle in for the service at 08:15. They had an incorrect registration number allocated to my job card. At 14:15 I received a call from Megan informing me that they have not serviced my vehicle and will most likely not be able to complete the job by closing time today. I had to take two Uber rides back and forth which cost me R240 since I did not have any way to get back home. I arranged my entire work day around this vehicle service. On arrival to collect my un-serviced vehicle, Megan did not even have the decency to come and apologise. She sent the security guard to hand me my keys and service book (which was smeared with tippex since the vehicle was not serviced). I will never make use of or recommend Williams Hunt PE nor will I ever purchase any vehicle associated with your brand. Absolutely pathetic service. Shame on you!
