Pathetic customer service Ballitto VW

Pathetic customer service!!!! I have been requesting for a copy of a logbook for a car I bought in September 2020, I have not received it until to date. I need to sell my car urgently and I am unable to do so without a log book. I’m so frustrated and annoyed 😡
