Pathetic customer service at William's Hunt Edenvale!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointed in the service recieved by this company . I called to order parts and I even paid for the parts in full as requested. They told me it will take them 3-5business days . I waited almost 2 weeks for them to get back to me to tell me if the have the parts and they never called once when I called them to tell them I want a refund so I can purchase the parts elsewhere they told me the parts just arrived and were about to call me . I went to them the next day to pick up my parts to my surprise they said they did not have it , I was absolutely appalled at the lies ! It cost money to travel and call all the time . So I told them I would like a refund as I need the parts ASAP . They agreed to give me the refund and said that they would do it and I should recieved my money within 2 business days. It's now a week later and I have not received my money !!! The level of customer service is beyond disappointing and the attitude recieved by the employees at the store was even more sad .
