Pathetic Communication

I took my car in for a check up, on Thursday 12 December 2019 .I received no communication on Friday 13 December 2019. No one was picking the phone.Upon arrival past 16H00 on Friday I was informed I need to leave vehicle for further checks .I left vehicle on Friday 13 December 2019,on Tuesday 17th December 2019 ,still no communication I had to keep calling them for updates .Honestly the communication is none existent.
