Pathetic and Utterly Soul Draining!!!

Worst Experience EVER!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Williams Hunt in September last year and since then I have been fighting with non-stop issues with the car and out of nine months, I think I have driven the car a total of a month (maybe a little more - what a joke) - they refuse to replace the vehicle and rather opt to have it fixed each time (clearly it's not working), after me stating that I DO NOT WANT THE CAR ANYMORE!! The car gets fixed for 3 weeks to a whole month at a time, I get it back for a few days and then BAM, it happens all over AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN! They try and cover their asses literally at every corner and don't even have the good faith to replace a car that should be replaced as not safe, especially after giving a "customer" that kind of service!!! Despite numerous complaints and the car going back and forth, I still sit with the same problem - a car that is all around not safe and a car that I also use with my child with me!!!! Your lack of anything moral stands to be questioned and that as a company, you are prepared to leave a person (particularly a woman) unsafe, never mind the stroppy attitude from the sales manager who knows that it is not right! After not having a car again for just a little over a month, I went and collected it this past Saturday morning (after I get told that this time round they have no car to give me as a loan car, but hey - we *****ed up again and the person who suffers is the customer - I have money to make too) and I am still in the same spot on the same roller coaster ride that I have been on for the past nine months because each time I get my car back I am by default, covered under the CPA and Motor Ombudsman for another three months so let's just keep fixing the useless thing! A car that has left me in the middle of the road!!

I, as the customer have been more than accommodating and patient with this whole hullabaloo - Enough is Enough!!!

To The Big Boy of the Williams Hunt Group - Be a man and do the right thing, even it means you have to cut your losses because really, the greatest loss has actually lay on me!! Out of sheer integrity, just do the right thing!
