Pathetic and horrible service

Horrible after sales service. I have been making a call to check spares availability and price with no assistance. I gave up after an hour of not reaching to sales spares agent. Receptionist took my number for sales agent to call me back. The hour has passed with no return and Receptionist ended up dropping my calls soon they recognise my voice
